How it works

  1. 1

Apply with your live stream link

Tell us about your station and paste your HLS link. You can test it right in the form.

  2. 2

    We check it and approve

We make sure your stream plays well and that you hold the rights. This usually takes a few days, and we email you.

  3. 3

You are live in the guide

Your channel appears in Live TV on TVs, phones and the web. Manage your stream and schedule from the Nyocte web app.

What you need

  • A live stream link in HLS format (it usually ends in .m3u8). No HLS link? Ask us to receive your feed by RTMP or SRT instead.
  • The rights to broadcast your channel in the countries you serve.
  • Your logo (PNG, JPG or WebP), a short description, and the languages you broadcast in.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Carrying your channel on Nyocte TV is free.

What is an HLS link?

It is the web address of your live stream, usually ending in .m3u8. Your streaming provider or playout system can give it to you. If you only have RTMP or SRT, choose “Please receive our feed” in the form and our team will contact you.

Can we limit the countries where our channel is shown?

Yes. Say which countries in your application and we set it when we approve your channel.

How long does review take?

Usually a few days. We check that your stream plays well, then email you with the answer.

What happens if our stream goes down?

Nyocte checks your stream every two minutes. If it stays down, your channel is taken out of the guide so viewers do not land on a black screen, and we let you know. It comes back on its own when your stream returns.

Who manages the station on Nyocte?

The person who applies manages the station from the Nyocte web app. Ask us to add teammates.

Do our programmes stay ours?

Yes. Nyocte TV plays your live stream as you send it. Your brand and your programmes remain yours.
